The children, who are typically 0-14 years old, that enter God Bless the Children Children's Home do so for a variety of reasons. Some children are abandoned at birth. Those birth mothers have made the courageous decision, in the middle of hard life circumstances, to give their children a chance at life. Some of the children come as a result of tragic and sad circumstances such as abuse and/or neglect. Some children will be at GBTC for a short time and then reunited with parents or a family member, some will be placed with an adoptive family and others will remain at GBTC until they age out of the system. No matter the reason, the children who enter this home will find a place where they are loved and cherished.
